Singing

Reagan has enjoyed singing the kids songs at church.  She really gets into it, especially when Jesse isn't trying to pull her away to run around or pushing her or pulling her hair, etc.

Yesterday she began singing the songs at home.  She stands in front of the TV, like she's on stage at church and starts singing her songs.  Her favorite right now is "Oh, happy day". It's great to see how children interpret a song if they don't know the exact words, they will sing what it sounds like.  She likes to sing the intro (verse) before the chorus even if she doesn't know all of the words.  My favorite part is when she is singing about Jesus washing all her sins away : "He washed my sink away".  Well, I guess a sink does have to do with washing.  She even had Jesse singing with her tonight before bed!

This reminded me of when my mom had my brothers and I singing together.  We used a guitar, a triangle and little cymbals when we were at home.  We even sang on stage a couple of times when we were in Hawaii.
